Transcriptome of loquat petals at different stages

Using high-throughput sequencing technology, we conducted a transcriptome analysis of loquat petals at three key developmental periods to explore their gene expression patterns, regulatory networks, and functional genes related to petal development. This project aims to reveal the dynamic changes of the transcriptome of loquat petals at different developmental stages.
