Knee replacement procedures conducted in North Macedonia 2012-2021

The number of total knee replacements conducted in North Macedonia increased significantly by 82 replacements (+33.88 percent) since the previous year. The year 2021 therefore marks a significant change in the number of total knee replacements compared to the previous year.This includes only the number of hospitalisations during which a total or partial knee replacement or revision of the knee replacement was performed as the main operation procedure.
