This dataset is a gff file generated with the PacBio full-length transcripts and the wheat genome annotation.*Feature为gene的attributes信息：Type=GeneModel表示已知的Gene Model gene，Type=NovelLoci表示PacBio检测到的新loci*Feature为transcript / mRNA的attributes信息：Type=KnownLoci_KnownIsoform，KnownLoci_NovelIsoform，NovelLoci_NovelIsoform分别表示已知Gene Model isoform，已知Gene Model gene的新isoform，新loci的isoform*每个isoform会列出对应的PacBio ID及FLNC支持数；若GeneModel isoform未在PacBio数据中检测到，则展示为“PacBioID=*;FLNC=0;”
