Use of the collaborative economy.<br>Topics: reasons for not using services offered via collaborative platforms; used services in the sectors of: transport, accommodation, food-related services, household services, professional services, collaborative finance, other; attitude towards the following statements regarding the replacement of services offered by traditional channels with services offered via collaborative platforms in the last twelve months: replacement to some extent, complete replacement of some types of services, additional use of services offered via collaborative platforms, only started use of services when available via collaborative platforms; advantages of using collaborative platforms compared with traditional channels: cheaper or free services, wider choice, more convenient access, user ratings and reviews, interaction with people, exchanging services instead of paying for them, other, none; disadvantages of using collaborative platforms compared with traditional channels: problems with online booking process or payments, less trust in service providers, services not as expected, misleading user ratings and reviews, lack of clarity with regard to responsible body in the event of a problem, misuse of personal data, other, none; willingness to recommend services offered via collaborative platforms; considerations to offer services via collaborative platforms; reasons for not offering services; services offered as a private individual via traditional channels; sectors of provided services: transport, accommodation, food-related services, household services, professional services, collaborative finance, other, none; reasons for offering services; main problems with regard to the provision of services.
