Literature review_keywords_tourist gentrification and urban policy

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0cm;margin-bottom:0.0001pt;text-align:justify;line-height:150%"><span lang="EN" style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;font-family:&#39;times new roman&#39; , serif">The database contains the results
of a systematic literature review covering tourism gentrification and its
impact on the reconfiguration of urban space (keywords: tourism gentrification
and urban planning). The study was conducted in accordance with the PRISMA
guidelines, having analyzed 90 publications indexed in the Web of Science
database. Following the bibliometric analysis using VOSviewer software, five
thematic clusters were identified: sociopolitical, cultural and tourism,
geographical and typological, political and economic, as well as platform-based
and regulatory. In all dimensions analyzed, the negative effects – displacement
of residents, growing spatial inequalities, and regulatory difficulties – are
the dominating ones over the limited and context-dependent positive effects.</span></p>
