a: The activities of E495-M, MCP-02 and pseudolysin to casein, gelatin and azoalbumin were measured at 50°C, and to elastinorcein and insoluble type I collagen at 37°C with the methods described in Materials and Methods. The kcat/Km values of E495-M, MCP-02 and pseudolysin to FAGFA, FAGLA and FAGVA were measured at 25°C with Feder's method [23]. The data represent the mean of three experimental repeats with SD≤5%.
