The dataset is organized into three folders as described below.
1. cl61_data_for_figure_5
This folder contains raw NetCDF (.nc) files from the Ceilometer CL61 for the study period. Each file represents data for a 5-minute period. The name of each file is structured as live_yyyyMMdd_hhmmss.nc. The timestamp in the filename represents the end of the averaging period (5 minutes).
Variables in Each NetCDF File:
beta_att - Attenuated Backscatter Coefficient (m⁻¹ sr⁻¹)
linear_depol_ratio - Linear Depolarization Ratio
time - Seconds since 1970-01-01 00:00:00.000 (UTC). The time is converted to IST by adding 5 hours 30 minutes.
2. hourly_averaged_files
This folder contains CSV files with hourly averaged data from various sources, including:
PM2.5 Data: DustTrak and CUPI-G sensor measurements
ABL Data: Derived from CL61 ceilometer, WRF, and ERA5
C-PM2.5 Species: Includes NR-PM2.5 components (organics, NO₃, SO₄, NH₄, Cl) and black carbon
Gas Measurements: CH₄ and CO₂ from Picarro, CO from CUPI-G sensor
Meteorological Parameters: Wind speed, wind direction, air temperature, air pressure, RH, direct, diffused, and global radiation, rain data, and ventilation coefficient
Additional Data:
Mass-to-charge (m/z) ratios at 44, 43, 60, 73, and 179
Non-methane hydrocarbon (NMHC) data from VOC analyzer
Aerosol Liquid Water Content (ALWC) data
3. AWS_WS_WD_for_wind_rose
This folder contains AWS wind speed (WS) and wind direction (WD) data at a 5-minute interval for wind rose plots.
