资源简介:
This study focuses on the ecological issue of anthropogenic low frequency continuous noise's physiological impacts on L. crocea. We constructed a continuous noise exposure model and used antioxidant enzyme activity assays and RNA-Seq to analyze changes in the antioxidant system and genes related to vital activities in L. crocea exposed to different sound pressure levels. We aim to clarify the response mechanisms of L. crocea to low-frequency noise from diverse offshore anthropogenic activities. We hope this study will offer a new perspective for assessing the negative impacts of underwater noise on L. crocea and its ecological analogs and provide a scientific basis and valuable information for the planning of marine engineering constructions and the protection of fish in adjacent waters.
