Inspection of Hi-C and ChIP-seq data suggests that cohesin spreads from putative loading sites form chromatin jets ChIP-seq and Hi-C data in auxin treated control, SMC-3 and WAPL-1 depletion conditions. All experiments were performed in two or more biological replicates. L2/L3 stage worms were used.
