The miRNA-mRNA interaction networks were built using differentially expressed genes in the ST compartment and the predicted interactions from miRNAs with differential abundance in the miRWalk database. Circles represent DEGs and squares represent miRNAs with differential abundance; their relationship is represented by one edge. Blue circles and squares have decreased abundance in PE cows and red circles and squares have increased abundance in PE cows, compared to H cows.
