Wren biogeography in the British Isles

Project to understand the population structure and signals of adaptation to island living in the Wrens of the British Isles. The goals are to: i) obtain a well-resolved phylogeny of the potential subspecies; ii) understand the patterns of gene flow, or lack thereof in the population; iii) understand if living on islands is associated with any clear signals of adaptation. The genomic data deposited here is supported by: i) morphological data; and ii) vocal data, to describe the patterns of adaptation to islands.
