赤道北部非洲与萨赫勒地区NPP-VIIRS年际夜光遥感数据集(2013-2020）

通过将生物量燃烧引起的不稳定夜间灯光从本研究关注的人类活动引起的稳定夜光信息中分离出来，合成了赤道北部非洲与萨赫勒地区NPP-VIIRS年际夜光遥感数据。该数据集在一定程度上提高了夜光影像在赤道北部非洲与萨赫勒地区对小规模的、零散分布的、电力供应不稳定的城镇信息识别能力，可进一步应用于赤道北部非洲与萨赫勒地区的人类活动相关研究

The inter-annual NPP-VIIRS night-time light remote sensing dataset for northern equatorial Africa and the Sahel region was synthesized by separating the unstable night-time lights induced by biomass burning from the stable night-time light information caused by human activities, which is the focus of this study. To a certain extent, this dataset enhances the recognition capability of night-time light imagery for small-scale, scattered urban areas with unstable power supply in northern equatorial Africa and the Sahel region, and can be further applied to studies related to human activities in these regions.
