The aim of this study was to determine the prevalence of professional lactation support at a mid-sized academic medical institution in Central Pennsylvania during the COVID-19 pandemic and explore the influence of the pandemic on the equitable accessibility of lactation services. This study aims to identify changes in breastfeeding and access to lactation support across three different phases of the pandemic (early, middle, and late).
