T1 aptamer targets intratumoral myeloid cells with immunosuppression functions

Intratumorally, immunosuppressive myeloid subsets are difficult to distinguish from mature, non-suppressive counterparts. T1 aptamer specifically targets the former subset and was used here to isolated the subsets for transcriptomic profiling. Overall design: T1 aptamer-binding Ly6G(+) myeloid cells, T1-binding Ly6G(low) myeloid cells and T1-non-binding Ly6G(+) myeloid cells were isolated from tumors of mouse colon cancer model CT26 by FACS sorting and submitted to RNAsequ highthroughput analysis.
