We are using Illumina sequencing of Chlamydomonas reinhardtii mt+ and mt- strains for comparison to the reference genome. These whole genome sequences will also be used in our work of transcriptional profiling of Chlamydomonas reinhardtii using RNA-Seq. This data is part of a pre-publication release.
