Subclonal analysis summary in multiple samples: Worksheet 1 summarises the number of clusters and clonal cell fraction for each patient after applying a multidimensional Bayesian Dirichlet process. Worksheet 2 reports the total number of patients included in the subclonal analysis and the location of normal samples in relation to the tumour sample.
