Sequencing of multidrug resistant Klebsiella isolates from local hospitals in Lviv, Ukraine and Bydgoszcz, Poland

The aim of this study was to monitor the genetic characteristics of the pathogens isolated from Okhmadyt Regional Children's Hospital, located in Lviv, Ukraine and Dr Jurasz University Hospital, located in Bydgoszcz, Poland. To compare the isolates, define the trends of AMR and identify the genes responsible for AMR.Help clinicians in the development of rational antimicrobial therapies based on genetic and phenotypic data.
