Near full-length absolute quantitative 16S rRNA sequencing of gut microbiota in laying hens following ESS challenge and BG intervention

This project contains near full-length16S rRNA absolute quantitative sequencing data of gut microbiota from laying hens. The study comprises two specific experimental groups: aged hens subjected to an intrauterine polymicrobial perfusion to induce a salpingitis-like phenotype (CON_ESS group), and challenged hens supplemented with a diet containing 800 mg/kg yeast B-glucan (BG800_ESS group). This high-resolution dataset aims to elucidate the absolute abundance changes of gut microbes at the species level in response to uterine inflammatory injury and targeted nutritional intervention.
