The effectiveness of supercritical carbon dioxide (SC-CO2) plant extract was well reported so this method of extraction could help preserve bioactive compounds of Allium sativum and used as biostimulant. The nanoscale drug delivery system adopt liposomes composed of plant-derived lipids that has good efficiency of penetration and translocation. SC-CO2 garlic extract encapsulated in nanoscale liposomes (named ‘garlic-lipo’) were sprayed on Triticum aestivum leaves and samples were collected after the treatment at 15 min, 24 and 48 hours
超临界二氧化碳(SC-CO2)植物提取物之有效性已得到充分报道,因此该提取方法有助于保存大蒜(Allium sativum)中的生物活性成分,并可作为生物刺激剂使用。采用植物来源脂质构成的脂质体(具有优良的渗透和转移效率)构建的纳米级药物递送系统。将封装在纳米级脂质体中的SC-CO2大蒜提取物(命名为‘大蒜-脂质体’)喷洒在小麦(Triticum aestivum)叶片上,于处理后15分钟、24小时和48小时收集样本。
