USING SYNONYMS WHEN LEARNING INDUSTRY-SPECIFIC TERMINOLOGY

In this article, we examine the role of synonyms in the study of industry-specific terminology using the Uzbek language as a reference. Particular attention is paid to the linguodidactic potential of synonymy in enhancing students' professional language skills in the Republic of Uzbekistan. We analyze the importance of synonymous sets in understanding borrowed and national terms, as well as their impact on the accuracy of understanding and use of specialized vocabulary.
