A study to assess the role of nurse navigator among adult cancer patients attending out patient unit of tertiary care cancer hospital.

Intervention1: NAV- GISM NAVIGATION MODEL: Nurse led navigation among adult GI cancer patients. Control Intervention1: Control group: Gastro Intestinal cancer patients getting usual care in the system Control Intervention2: Intervention group: Gastro Intestinal cancer patients receiving NAV GISM intervention for 15-20 minutes, two times at 3 week gap. Primary outcome(s): Patient satisfaction, treatment adherence, anxietyTimepoint: Patient satisfaction, treatment adherence, anxiety at baseline and at 9 weeks.
