XPlanung dataset BPL “Obere Halde”

The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Obere Halde” of the town of Weingarten from XPlanung 5.0. Description: With regard to the admissibility or licensing of retail or entertainment venues, a strategic development plan may need to be observed or reference is made to the currently valid retail concept or the currently valid amusement site concept of the city of Weingarten.开发计划（Development Plan，缩写BPL）包含了约束城市规划秩序的法定强制性条款。原则上，开发计划须以土地利用规划为编制基础。本次可用数据集为魏因加滕镇（Weingarten）采用XPlanung 5.0标准编制的"Obere Halde"开发计划。数据集说明：针对零售或娱乐场所的准入许可事宜，需遵循相关战略开发计划，或参考魏因加滕市现行有效的零售业态规划与娱乐场所业态规划。
