We performed isolation of primary microglia from neonatal mouse cortex at postnatal day 3. Microglia were isolated from WT and Grn-/- animals. We then performed single--cell RNA sequencing using 10x Genomics v3 Single Cell 3' kit. By analyzing the data, we identified genes dysregulated in primary microglia as the result of Grn knockout.
