This study aims to define the interactions that SA or SP may have with IL-17A and TNF-α in human keratinocytes, as well as the similarity to psoriasis vulgaris We cultured keratinocytes with SA, SP, IL-17A, and TNF-α. Psoriasis-related key immune biomarkers were measured by quantitative real-time PCR and Olink multiplex assay. Further analysis was performed by microarray to define broader responses in both bacteria and cytokines
