Microbiome Metabolism of Dietary Phytochemicals Controls the Anticancer Activity of PI3K Inhibitors

This dataset includes bulk RNA sequencing from the livers of young male mice treated with either control non-purified diet (Picolab 5053), purified diet, ketogenic diet or non-purified diet with antibiotics. The goal of this study was to identify microbiome-dependent effects of purified vs non-purified diet on the hepatic transcriptome.
