Open Research Materials for an Adaptive Window Backtracking Method Constrained by Remote-Sensing Snow Cover
收藏资源简介:
This repository contains the open research materials supporting the manuscript “An Adaptive Window Backtracking Method Constrained by Remote-Sensing Snow Cover for Improving Snowmelt Runoff Simulation in a Mountain Basin.” The archived materials include processed meteorological forcing data, VIC-CAS parameter files, processed MODIS snow-cover constraints aggregated to the elevation-band scale, baseline and snow-cover-constrained model outputs, numerical data underlying Figures 6 and 7, and a pseudocode-style implementation of the proposed adaptive-window backtracking framework. The materials are provided to facilitate understanding, evaluation, and partial reproduction of the methodology and results presented in the manuscript. The VIC-CAS source code is not redistributed because it was originally developed by Zhao et al. (2019) and is not owned solely by the authors of the present study. The archived forcing data and parameter files are fully compatible with the publicly available VIC version 5.x framework. The official VIC source code is available from the UW Hydro repository: https://github.com/UW-Hydro/VIC Reproduction of the constrained simulations additionally requires implementation of the adaptive-window backtracking procedure described in the manuscript and documented in the accompanying pseudocode.
