Supplementary data belonging to "MoGAAAP: A modular Snakemake workflow for automated genome assembly and annotation with quality assessment". For demonstrating the applicability of the MoGAAAP workflow to different eukaryotic species, we ran it for <em>L. serriola</em>, <em>A. thaliana</em>, grapevine and human example datasets. For reproducibility, we provide a README with the details on the input files of the pipeline runs and the HTML reports that were produced by the pipeline.
