Reference_Genome___transcriptomic_data

Projects undertaken as part of the Tree of Life Programme will provide reference genomes for the global scientific community. For each species, we will perform primary nuclear and organellar assembly, scaffold with Hi-C , and curate each assembly to approach chromosomal contiguity, using the high-throughput pipelines established for our Darwin Tree of Life Project. We will submit the raw and assembled data to ENA on open release and colleagues at Ensembl.
