From May to June 2022, we conducted underway pCO2 measurements and took discrete carbonate samples in three tropical microtidal estuaries vegetated by mangroves (Dongzhai Harbor and Qinglan Harbor) and benthic macroalgae (Xiaohai Lagoon). This file includes the carbonate chemistry data (temperature, salinity, DO, pH, TA, DIC, d13C-DIC, Ca2+) in sheet “Discrete samples”, underway pCO2 data (SST, SSS, pCO2) and CTD data (temp_CTD, sal_CTD, pH, DO%, DO) in sheets “UW site names”.
