Mycobacterium bovis is the causative agent of bovine tuberculosis. The phoPR system is a two component protein system that regulates many mycobacterial processes. M. bovis PhoPR knock out mutants were complemented with the phoPR of M. bovis or M. tuberculosis on this project to study how the different PhoPR orthologs control genetic regulation. The data in this bioproject is the Illumina RNA sequencing reads of wild type M. bovis AF2122/97, M. bovis AF2122/97 phoPR knockout, M. bovis AF2122/97 phoPR knockout complemented with PhoPR-Bovis and M. bovis AF2122/97 phoPR knockout complemented with PhoPR-TB, aligned to the reference genome LT708304.
