Studying Engraftment in Fecal Microbiota Transplant in a Pediatric Inflammatory Bowel Disease Cohort

This is a small randomized control trial with a cross-over design of Fecal Microbiota Transplant (FMT) in children and adolescents with Inflammatory Bowel Disease. The data submitted in this project are all 16S sequencing reads. Stool was collected from two separate donors for sequencing. Stool was also collected before and after FMT study participants once a week.
