Based on machine learning to explore genes related to meat quality in local pig breeds

Verification of key genes: In the high-scoring groups of both the training and validation sets, the expression levels of key genes were significantly lower compared to the low-scoring groups, and the two key genes showed a significant strong correlation. Tissue data obtained from an online database revealed that the expression levels in fat tissue were higher than in muscle tissue. To further verify this, we grouped the two datasets based on intramuscular fat content and compared the inter-group gene expression levels. The results showed that the high-content group had significantly higher gene expression levels compared to the low-content group.
