Homozygous and Heterozygous Motley corn snake dorsal skin DNA-Seq

Four genomic libraries (two for the parents and two for the offsprings) of two families were produced from crosses of Motley homozygous and heterozygous individuals. Offsprings were genotyped and pooled together between homozygous and heterozygous.
