This dataset is mainly about the summary of relevant data in this paper on a small laser ablation non axial time-of-flight mass spectrometer used for in-situ element measurement of exoplanets. It mainly covers the simulation results of COMSOL for new structures and the actual test results for principle prototypes. The simulation section mainly covers the optimization simulation of structural parameters for Einzel Lens and secondary reflector using COMSOL software, mainly optimizing the quality resolution and ion transmittance of the instrument. It also includes simulated ion trajectory diagrams for the overall structure. The actual testing section mainly includes the relationship between flight time and signal strength obtained from actual testing of three samples, as well as the relationship between mass to charge ratio and signal strength obtained through quadratic function calibration. It also involves the data of instrument voltage parameters and quality resolution obtained during the actual measurement process.
