资源简介:
Women who have just had a child are vulnerable to depression. The current project is testing a web-based intervention ("Mamma Mia") to prevent depression and to increase the quality of life in women during pregnancy and after childbirth. Mamma Mia starts up midway in pregnancy and continues until the baby is 6 months old. Using questionnaires, data is collected to map changes in symptoms of depression, quality of life, stress, breastfeeding, satisfaction and attachment. Data is collected at baseline (approximately 25 pregnancy weeks), 2-3 weeks before the term, 6 weeks after birth and 3, 6, and 12 months after birth. Participants were randomly assigned to an intervention group receiving Mamma Mia or a control group who gots follow-up as usual.
