Public Audit Package: Per-Window Predictions, Ground-Truth Labels, and Identifiers for the Final Confirmatory DDoS Detection Campaign

Auditable public supplementary package for the paper "Safety-Constrained Selective DDoS Defense in Software-Defined Networks: Temporally Confirmed HGB Inference and Controlled-Access Provenance". Contains per-window model predictions, ground-truth labels, and immutable unique identifiers (record_id, repeat, mode/run, scenario, window index, phase ID) for all 20 runs of the final confirmatory detection test campaign (repeats 41–50, selective and ml_only modes; 15,446 records total). Includes a data dictionary, a machine-readable manifest, a standalone verification script, and SHA-256 checksums. No experimental results were regenerated or altered for this release.
