At the request of the Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation), Archaeological Consulting Services, Ltd. (ACS) conducted a cultural resource survey of state land for a proposed borrow area adjacent to Avra Valley Airport. No archaeological sites were identified during the survey, but five isolated occurrences were recorded.
This project was completed on the Tucson Aqueduct portion of the Central Arizona Project.
