资源简介:
This dataset contains the processed results used to evaluate the seasonal behavior of satellite-derived vegetation productivity proxies across six urban environments: Tel Aviv, Rome, Washington DC, Beijing, Johannesburg, and Buenos Aires. The data include time series of TROPOMI solar-induced chlorophyll fluorescence (SIF), Sentinel-2 vegetation indices (NDVI and NIRv), the radiation-scaled index NIRvP, and MODIS gross primary production (GPP) used as a seasonal reference.
All variables are aggregated at the city scale and, where applicable, for vegetation-only areas defined using the ESA WorldCover dataset. The dataset spans the period January 2019 to October 2020 and supports cross-sensor comparisons of seasonal dynamics and consistency among vegetation productivity proxies in heterogeneous urban environments.
These data are intended to enable reproducibility of the analyses presented in the associated manuscript and to support further research on scalable monitoring of urban vegetation function.
