Sequencing of leaves transcriptome under waterlogging stress in Maize

By conducting transcriptome analysis on the leaves of waterlogging-tolerant and waterlogging-sensitive maize varieties before and after waterlogging treatment, we aim to identify the key differential pathways associated with maize waterlogging tolerance, ultimately identifying key genes.
