This controlled environment experiment aimed at deciphering which effect had the presence or absence of actively growing arbuscular mycorrhizal networks and application of different nitrification inhibitors (nitrapyrin, ethoxyquin) on prokaryotic communities in several unsterile soils (low and high pH).
