This dataset includes input and output from a coupled regional modeling system (NASA-Unified Weather Research and Forecasting model with online Chemistry, WRF-Chem) over the northeastern and mid-Atlantic US during May-June-July (MJJ) of 2018, 2019, 2020, 2022, 2023, and 2024.  Specifically: 1) "ModelGrid.nc" includes model grid definition, grouped grid-dominant land use/cover type and irrigation fraction information  2) "ozone_YYYY_MM.nc" files include hourly surface ozone concentrations 3) "NO2_YYYY_MM.nc" files include daily daytime-average and 19UTC surface nitrogen dioxide concentrations 4) "flux_allyears.nc" includes cumulative stomatal ozone uptake and mean total Nr deposition for all years' MJJ All data are stored in NetCDF files. This dataset has been used in an article "Reactive nitrogen in and around the northeastern and Mid-Atlantic US: sources, sinks, and connections with ozone" in "Atmospheric Chemistry and Physics" by Huang et al. (2025), and "The Expanding Satellite Observing System Assists with Assessing the Role of Agricultural Land as Receptors and Sources of Air Pollution", presented at the 2024 American Geophysical Union Annual Meeting in Washington, DC, USA.
