New Jersey Clean Marina Program Guidebook

This manual is an educational tool for marina operators and boaters. This comprehensive guidebook, in three-ring binder format, is designed for marina owners who sign up for and go through the training workshop and classes to participate in the New Jersey Clean Marina Program, a state-funded program which encourages Best Management Practices to promote a cleaner marine environment.
