This repository includes the data and source code used to generate figures for Yeonsu Jung, Thomas Plumb-Reyes, Hao-Yu Greg Lin, L. MahadevanEntanglement transition in random rod packings. Please refer to the README.md file in each zip archive for a detailed description. rod-packing-data-code.zip: Contains experimental and numerical data, along with source codes for plotting figures. rod-packing-rod-segmentation-example.zip: Contains MATLAB functions and scripts demonstrating the image segmentation process.
