Data for: Scale-habitat differentiation effect of fragmentation on multiple ecosystem functions in urban remnant forests

This data set contains all data used for analyzing the effect of fragmentation on multiple ecosystem functions in urban remnant forests. It includes plant information, soil physiochemical and microbial data and ecosystem functional data in 60 interior and edge samples in 30 remnant forest patches.
