Supplementary Information

This repository provides supplementary material for the article titled “Flocking phase transition and threat responses in bio-inspired autonomous drone swarms”, by Matthieu Verdoucq, Dari Trendafilov, Clement Sire, Ramon Escobedo, Guy Theraulaz , Gautier Hattenberger. The data.zip contains the log files used for generating the corresponding figures in the paper. The raw data was recorded at 10Hz frequencies, however, the real sampling rate turned out to be 1Hz. Therefore, for the sake of the higher granularity analysis, we upsampled the data from 1Hz to 10Hz using polynomial interpolation. Hence, there are two sets of files for each figure, with raw and with interpolated data, respectively.
