Mitochondria and Draft Nuclear Genomes of Californian Trichoderma Strains

Novel Trichoderma strains were isolated from California to assess and develop as biological control agents to combat plant pathogens in grapevine and other perennial crops. This project provides mitochondrial sequences from this strains as well as draft nuclear genomes as a resource to study the diversity of Californian Trichoderma strains.
