Queue lengths for scheduled stationary services

Information on waiting line lengths for receipt of state-funded planned hospital health care services — specialist consultations, examinations, inpatient services and medical rehabilitation.
This information shall be compiled by medical treatment institutions and shall be provided to the National Health Service once a month for the previous month.
When providing data, the number of patients in the queue and waiting time in weeks is indicated. Indicating waiting times in weeks: if there is no queue for the relevant services or it is less than 4 weeks, the value of 0 is given. If the waiting time is longer than 4 weeks, the waiting time in weeks is indicated. In cases where the institution provides this service, but not as scheduled assistance, the sign ‘only in urgent cases’ is indicated.

本数据集涵盖国家资助的计划内医院医疗服务的排队等候时长相关信息，具体包括专科会诊、医学检查、住院服务及医疗康复四类服务。
此类信息须由医疗机构汇总编制，并于每月向上级国民保健服务（National Health Service）机构报送上月的相关数据。
报送数据时，需同时注明排队患者人数及以周为单位的等候时长。关于以周为单位的等候时长标注规则如下：若对应服务无排队情况或排队等候时长不足4周，则标注数值0；若等候时长超过4周，则直接标注以周为单位的等候时长。若医疗机构提供该服务，但并非作为计划内援助项目，则需标注"仅可在紧急情况下使用"标识。
