We combined Oxford nanopore, Illummina and Hi-c data to assembly a chromosome-scale genome assembly of the yellow mealworm (Tenebrio molitor) we obtained N50=22Mb with a BUSCO completeness of 99.5%. The genome was annotated using RNA-seq data and available Coleoptera proteomes and obtianed 21,450 genes.
