Fluoxetine promotes recovery from noise-induced cochlear neural degeneration

Fluoxetine treatment after noise exposure restored cochlear synaptic expression of brevican and decreased low-frequency hearing thresholds. In cochlear nuclei, fluoxetine treatment decreased the expression of PNN and was predicted to upregulate the neuropeptide signaling pathway噪声暴露后给予氟西汀（Fluoxetine）治疗，可恢复耳蜗突触中短蛋白聚糖（brevican）的表达，并降低低频听力阈值。在耳蜗核中，氟西汀治疗可下调神经元周围网络（perineuronal nets, PNN）的表达，且被预测可上调神经肽信号通路。
