Transcriptomic response of wetland microbes to root influence. Metagenomes and metatranscriptomes of a wetland soil mesocosm experiment

This study includes six metatranscriptome datasets and two metagenome datasets, which were utilized to map transcriptomic reads. Among these, one metagenome and three metatranscriptomes originate from soil samples unaffected by root presence, while the other metagenome and three metatranscriptomes are derived from soil samples with high root influence.
